Requisites verification
Button to go to the section “Requisites verification” is located on the navigation bar at the top of the admin panel as a sheet of paper with a checkmark or in the menu General → Requisites verification.
This section displays all requests that clients submit through the personal account to confirm cards and bank accounts.
Information displayed in the request
Verification status — “Pending verification”, “Confirmed”, “Rejected”, “Cancelled”, “Not confirmed”.
Email — client email (admin.requisite_id).
Requisite — requisites provided by the client.
Currency — currency specified by the client
IP — IP address of the client from which the request was submitted.
Verification comment — a field for operator notes during verification. The comment can be edited at any convenient time.
Creation date — when the client submitted the request.
Action — the ability to open the details of each verification request, with the option to edit them; if we click the pencil, we enter the next page where we can edit or review the following data:
Status — the current verification status which you can change at any time. After a decision is made, the client receives an automatic notification to the email specified in their personal account.
Verification comment — a useful field if you want the client to see a comment about their verification status, for example — you want a higher-quality photo of the provided requisites.
Photo/screenshot (admin.requisite_photo_path) — proof of account ownership.
Decoding of verification statuses:
Under review — default status. Set by the system after the client submits a verification request.
Confirmed — the verification procedure has been successfully completed.
Cancelled — the client provided false information, the client's information does not meet requirements, the client is subject to restrictions or bans on using the exchange service.
Not confirmed — the client provided incomplete information during the verification process.
User actions
Data verification
Make sure the full name of the owner matches the data in the client's profile.
Carefully check the quality of the photos/screenshots and their correspondence to the declared data.
Decision making
If the data is correct — click “Confirm”.
If the data is incomplete or raises doubts — click “Reject”, indicating the reason in the comment field.
In case of providing false data or a ban on using the service, the request receives the status “Cancelled”.
