Requisites verification

Button to go to the section “Requisites verification” is located on the navigation bar at the top of the admin panel as a sheet of paper with a checkmark or in the menu General → Requisites verification. This section displays all requests that clients submit through the personal account to confirm cards and bank accounts.

Information displayed in the request

  • Verification status — “Pending verification”, “Confirmed”, “Rejected”, “Cancelled”, “Not confirmed”.

  • Email — client email (admin.requisite_id).

  • Requisite — requisites provided by the client.

  • Currency — currency specified by the client

  • IP — IP address of the client from which the request was submitted.

  • Verification comment — a field for operator notes during verification. The comment can be edited at any convenient time.

  • Creation date — when the client submitted the request.

  • Action — the ability to open the details of each verification request, with the option to edit them; if we click the pencil, we enter the next page where we can edit or review the following data:

  • Status — the current verification status which you can change at any time. After a decision is made, the client receives an automatic notification to the email specified in their personal account.

  • Verification comment — a useful field if you want the client to see a comment about their verification status, for example — you want a higher-quality photo of the provided requisites.

  • Photo/screenshot (admin.requisite_photo_path) — proof of account ownership.

Decoding of verification statuses:

Under review — default status. Set by the system after the client submits a verification request.

Confirmed — the verification procedure has been successfully completed.

Cancelled — the client provided false information, the client's information does not meet requirements, the client is subject to restrictions or bans on using the exchange service.

Not confirmed — the client provided incomplete information during the verification process.
