Referrals
Referral program management and reporting
This section is designed for full control and analysis of the effectiveness of your referral program. It displays all information about successful exchanges made by users who came to your service through partners (referrals). The administrator can track traffic volumes, partner accruals, and analyze the financial performance of the affiliate program.
The interface is presented as a convenient table with a detailed list of completed operations and a set of tools for filtering data.
Detailed description of interface elements:
Table of referral operations:
This is the main part of the page, where all detailed information for each successful transaction made by a referral is displayed.
Table columns:
Order ID: The unique application (exchange) number in the system. It can be used to easily find and check the details of this specific transaction in the "Applications" section.
Execution date: The exact date and time of the successful completion of the exchange. Allows analysis of partner activity over time.
Email: The email of the client who made the exchange. This is the end user brought by the partner.
Exchange amount (USD): The equivalent of the transaction amount in US dollars after conversion. This metric is the standard for analyzing trade volumes, as it allows comparison of different currencies with each other.
Referral profit: The amount of reward that was credited to the partner for this transaction. The reward is calculated as 30% of the profit from the application — this is embedded in the code and does not change. This is a key financial metric.
Referrer's email: The email of the partner who brought the client. Directly indicates who received the reward.
User ID: The unique internal identifier of the partner in your exchanger's database. Used for technical purposes and precise mappings.
How it works in practice (Logic for the administrator):
The partner (referral) distributes their unique referral link.
A user follows this link and completes a successful exchange.
The system automatically records this transaction, links it to the partner's ID, and calculates their reward.
All information about this transaction appears in this table.
Important notes and recommendations:
Source of truth: This page is the primary source of truth for settlements with partners. The data here must be accurate and immutable.
Transparency: Having such a detailed report allows you to provide partners with transparent information about their accruals, which increases trust and motivation.
Dispute resolution: In case a partner has questions about accruals, you can quickly find specific transactions by their email or ID and provide detailed information.
Motivation: By analyzing this data, you can identify the best partners and offer them individualized, more favorable cooperation terms for even greater traffic growth.
This tool is not just a report, but a powerful analytics system that helps make informed business decisions regarding the development of the affiliate program and, consequently, the entire exchanger.
