Merchants
By default, the exchanger operates in manual mode: you independently verify the receipt of funds from the customer and manually make the payout. In this mode you can substitute your own details to receive payments.
To switch to automatic or semi-automatic mode the following are used:
Merchant — provides acceptance of funds from customers to your account in the payment system.
Auto payout — makes a payout to the customer from your account in the payment system.
Thus, exchanger automation is achieved by connecting merchants who take on the acceptance and/or payout of funds.
🔹 Merchant operation scenarios
1. Acceptance of funds to your own accounts, payout through a merchant (semi-automatic)
The customer sends funds to your account.
In the request, after the funds are received, you need to change the status to one of: “The customer marked the request as paid”, “Paid request”, “Under review”.
After that a button will appear “Run auto payout”, which will allow you to make a payout through the merchant.
2. Acceptance of funds through a merchant, payout from your own account (semi-automatic)
When using only a merchant for accepting funds, the request automatically receives the status “Paid by customer” after the funds are credited.
The system tracks the transaction status.
You make the payout yourself from your account (bank or crypto).
After sending the money to the customer, the request status must be manually changed to “Completed request”.
3. Acceptance and payout of funds through a merchant (full automation)
When a payment is received from the customer the merchant automatically changes the request status to “Paid by customer”.
Then the auto payout performs the transfer to the customer.
The request status changes sequentially:
“Waiting for confirmation”
“Completed request”.
At any time the operator can make the payout manually if the automatic process did not work.
Different merchant services can be used for acceptance and payouts.
ℹ️ Current operating conditions should be clarified with the technical support of the specific merchant.

When there is a problem on the merchant’s side with wallet generation, a static wallet that is tied to the currency is used.
