Withdrawal Requests Management

This section is the final and critically important link in the operation of your exchanger's affiliate program. It is designed for full control and processing of withdrawal requests submitted by your partners (referrals). When a partner accumulates a reward for referred customers, they can submit a payout request. This page serves as the administrator's central tool for visual monitoring, filtering, verifying, and executing these financial obligations — from the moment the request is created to the successful completion of the transaction. Clear and timely work in this section directly affects your partners' trust and loyalty.

Also, this section can be found by clicking the $ sign in the admin panel header. If you have an active withdrawal request, a corresponding colored notification will appear next to the $ sign

Interface overview: The interface is implemented as a convenient, informative table containing all withdrawal requests. For effective use of this tool, it is very important to carefully verify all operation details, especially the cryptocurrency wallet address, since blockchain transactions are irreversible and an error can lead to loss of funds.

Detailed description of interface elements:

  1. Withdrawal requests table: This is the main part of the page where all detailed information for each request is displayed. It is recommended to establish an internal schedule for how often you will process requests (for example, twice a day) to maintain a high level of service for partners.

    • Table columns:

      • Id: Unique number of the withdrawal request in the system. This identifier is used to search for and track a specific operation, especially useful when communicating with technical support or the partner about a particular withdrawal.

      • Creation date: The date and time when the partner submitted the withdrawal request. Allows analysis of activity and planning of workload.

      • User: The email of the partner who initiated the withdrawal. Allows quick identification of the client.

      • Amount: The amount in the USDT stablecoin that the partner wants to withdraw. This is the amount that must be sent to the wallet address they provided. Before execution, ensure there are sufficient reserves.

      • Exchange amount in (USD): The total equivalent in US dollars of the exchanges through which the partner earned this reward. This is an informational field for a general understanding of the partner's transaction volumes and performance.

      • Wallet: A critically important field. This displays the cryptocurrency wallet address (in a format such as TRC20 or ERC20 network) that the partner specified to receive funds. The administrator must perform a double-check of this address before payment. Sending funds to the wrong address will result in their irreversible loss. If there are doubts about the address, contact the partner for confirmation.

      • Status: Displays the current state of the request. Each status has its clear meaning in the workflow:

        • New: The request was created by the partner and is awaiting processing by the administrator. These are requests that require priority attention.

        • Canceled: The request was canceled by the administrator due to inability to fulfill it (for example, an error in the wallet address was detected, insufficient reserves, suspicion of fraud). It is useful to accompany such actions with a comment or message to the partner through available communication channels to avoid misunderstandings.

        • Canceled by user: The partner personally canceled their withdrawal request (for example, if they entered the wrong address and recreated the request).

        • Paid: The request has been successfully processed. Funds were sent to the specified wallet and the transaction was confirmed. This is the final status that closes the obligation.

Practical workflow:

  1. The partner submits a request to withdraw earned funds through their personal account, carefully specifying their wallet address.

  2. This request automatically appears in the table with the status "New".

  3. Administrator:

    • Finds requests on the corresponding page, or in the top corner of the admin panel header with the $ sign

    • Carefully verifies the correctness and validity of the wallet address in the "Wallet" column.

    • Checks for sufficient USDT reserves in the exchanger's account to perform the payment.

    • Sends funds from the exchanger's reserve wallet to the address specified by the partner. It is recommended to keep the transaction hash for further tracking.

    • Changes the request status to "Paid", thereby recording the successful completion of the operation.
