JivoSite

To connect the JivoSite online chat you need to open the getting started guide

Go in the admin panel to Settings - Chat Settings.

In the Chat field select JivoSite

In the Jivo chat id field set not the entire id obtained in the instruction from the first step, but only the code after the word "widget"

Click save ✅

Then the chat will appear on the web part of your website.
