The service does not have official documentation for installing the script on a website. You need to contact a company representative; contact details are always available on the website - https://www.binotel.ua/.

They will offer you several service packages; it is sufficient to choose the simplest one, just for integrating an online chat into the service.

During the conversation you will need to provide the support representative with your website's domain, and after some time they will send you access to the service admin panel to the email address you provided during the discussion.

In the admin panel itself go to the "Parameters" section at the top of the panel, select your widget, and then go to the "Install widget on site" section where you will be able to find the code you need

From the received code you need to paste into the Binotel hash field in the admin panel only the code after "WidgetHash"

Click save ✅

Then the chat will appear on the web part of your website.
