Custom Script (Custom Script)
In this section you can connect any third-party chat service to your website, even if it is not in the list of standard integrations. To do this, simply take the ready-made HTML code (script) that is usually provided in the service's personal account and paste it into the appropriate field Custom Script.

Examples of services:
Binotel, JivoChat, LiveChat (via the full code, not the ID);
Chaport, Crisp, Tawk.to, Zendesk Chat;
any other online chats or support widgets.
After saving the settings, the script will automatically load on the site and the chat will be available to your customersWhy this is needed:
Complete freedom of chat choice: you can use even rare or custom solutions.
Flexibility — you can change services without modifying the site.
Ability to test multiple chats and choose the best one for support.
After adding all the records return to make sure that you insert the script exactly as it is provided by the service. Usually this is a code snippet <script>…</script>, which is placed in the site settings or at the bottom before the tag </body>.
