Request history

Request history

On the page Requests → Request history the full history of all changes and events occurring with requests is stored. In real time you can track all actions performed by administrators here.

Each block displays the following information:

• Update date — the date and time when the event occurred.

• Request ID — a unique numerical identifier of the request. There is an option to search by a specific number.

• Operator — the name of the operator who initiated the event. Search by operator name is also available.

• Event — the name of the action performed.

Data — additional information about the event: status changes, recalculation of rates and amounts.
