Manual withdraw confirmation code

This section is intended for configuring an additional level of security when starting auto-payouts from an application manually.

The functionality allows you to set a special confirmation code, which will be required to be entered when starting an automatic payout of funds for an application.

Purpose of the feature

The confirmation code is used in situations when an operator manually initiates an auto-payout for an application. This protects the system from accidental or unauthorized initiation of payouts.

The feature is especially relevant for exchange points where automatic withdrawalsare used, but it is necessary to maintain control over the moment the payout is started.

Settings field

There is one field available in the section:

Enter a new confirmation code for manual withdrawal of funds

This field should contain the code that will be used to confirm the start of the auto-payout.

After entering the new code, the action must be confirmed via email.

Process of setting the code

1. Enter the new confirmation code in the corresponding field.

2. The system will send a confirmation email to the administrator's email address.

3. Follow the link in the email to confirm the change.

4. After confirmation, the new code will be saved and start being used in the system.

Using the code when starting an auto-payout

If auto- payoutsare enabled for the exchange direction, the administrator can manually start a payout from the application.

The process looks as follows:

1. Find the required application.

2. Change its status to "Under review".

3. A button will appear in the application interface "Start auto-payout".

4. After clicking the button, the system will request the manual withdrawal confirmation code.

5. Enter the code previously set.

6. After successful entry, the code confirms the start of the auto-payout.

Changing the code

The confirmation code can be changed at any time.

To do this:

1. Enter the new code in the settings field.

2. Confirm the change via the email sent to your email address.

After confirmation, the new code will become active.

Access rights

Changing the confirmation code is available only to users with the administrator role with the "Edit manual payout code" permission.

This restriction is introduced to prevent unauthorized changes and to increase the security of withdrawal operations.
