Purchasing a domain

This describes the instructions on how to buy a domain from one of the popular domain registrars: GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare

After purchase you will need to change the DNS records to Cloudflare's records so that all traffic goes through it first and then reaches your website. This allows filtering of malicious traffic and configuring protection against DDoS attacks. Cloudflare also issues free SSL certificates, thanks to which your site will open over the secure https:// protocol.
